2A

Existing Spec
Your needs fit an already-vetted internal spec with corresponding SOPs. Once quoted and approved, build can go into "production" shop for first article.

3A

First Article
Job is placed in queue in our production shop. Upon completion, customer will approve of build. Once approved, will be placed into production.

4A

QC Check
Once the build is completed, our team conducts a thorough Quality Control (QC) check to ensure that every aspect of the work meets our high standards and your specifications. This includes inspecting all components, verifying the accuracy of the installation against the layout and SOP, and testing any functionality, such as electrical systems or custom features. We address any discrepancies immediately and ensure that the vehicle is ready for deployment with complete confidence in its performance and reliability. Only after passing this rigorous QC process is the vehicle ready for delivery.

2B

Developing a New Spec
If your needs fall outside of our existing specifications, we will create a custom layout sheet tailored to your requirements. Once the layout is finalized, we will provide a quote. Upon approval, the build is scheduled for our "First Article" process, where we test and refine the new specification.

3B

Vetting a New Spec (First Article)
If your requirements go beyond our standard specifications, we will schedule the build with our installation manager. At this stage, we thoroughly review the proposed layout from our sales team to ensure that what has been agreed upon with the customer is technically feasible.During this review, we document any necessary changes to the initial layout and installation process, creating an internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure consistent production of all subsequent vehicles. After finalizing any changes, we will update the quote. Once approved, the build can move into full production.

Production and Delivery

5

Customer Acceptance
Once the first article build is complete, we invite you to our facility for a detailed review of the vehicle. During this customer acceptance stage, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the build, ensuring it aligns with your expectations and specifications. We encourage you to provide feedback or request any adjustments. If changes are needed, we’ll make the necessary modifications before proceeding with full production. Once you are fully satisfied and approve the first article, we’ll continue with the remaining vehicles using the finalized design and process to ensure consistency across the fleet.

6

Second Article
(If Needed)
As we move into production of subsequent vehicles, small adjustments can be made directly in the production shop to accommodate minor changes or refinements. However, if significant changes are requested that impact the overall design or installation process—requiring updates to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)—the build will need to be rescheduled with our installation manager. This ensures that any major modifications are carefully reviewed and properly implemented across all future units, maintaining both consistency and quality in the final product.

7

Customer Acceptance of Second Article (If Needed)
For the second article, we invite you to review the vehicle once again, particularly if minor adjustments were made after the first article. This is your opportunity to ensure that the changes have been executed to your satisfaction. If the adjustments meet your expectations, we will proceed with the remaining vehicles in production. Should any significant changes be requested that require revisions to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), we will consult with the installation manager to reschedule the build, ensuring that all necessary updates are properly applied before continuing, and continuing this process until we have an agreed upon specification

8

Production
Once the build has passed the initial review and customer acceptance stages, the project moves into full production. Our team follows the finalized layout and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure each vehicle is built to the same high standards and specifications as the approved first or second article. We prioritize consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout the production process, with regular inspections at key stages to maintain precision. Our production team is equipped to handle any minor adjustments as needed, ensuring that every vehicle meets your expectations before it leaves our facility.

9

QC Check
Once each vehicle is completed, our installation manager conducts a thorough Quality Control (QC) check to ensure that every aspect of the work meets our high standards and your specifications.

Delivery

Once your vehicles have completed the production process and passed all quality control checks, we will notify you that they are ready for pickup. During the pickup, our team will walk you through the final build, reviewing any key features. If you prefer, we can arrange to deliver your completed vehicles directly to your location.
